Introducing Tri Star Music Together's New Monthly Payment Plan!

Our Music Together® classes run from September to June each year and consist of three collections: Flute, Sticks, and Maracas, with weeks off to observe holidays and school vacation schedules. See our calendar for the full schedule.

Sign up in the class of your choice, and you're guaranteed your spot in that class for as long as you participate in the monthly plan. 

 

Monthly Plan Includes:

28 Sunday classes OR 36 Monday or Thursday classes

Unlimited drop-in classes*

Unlimited make-up classes

Three Collection Songbooks, CDs, and digital download codes for Hello Everybody app and access to the Family Music Zone.

* Drop-in classes may be reserved on a space available basis.

Monthly payments are processed on the 15th of the month from October 15, 2019, thru May 15, 2020, using credit card on file. Minimum enrollment of two months required. Make-ups do not expire as long as your family is enrolled. At least 30 days notice required to cancel or freeze (pause) your membership.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our New Monthly Plan:
 

Can I change my class day and time once I'm enrolled?  Absolutely! We know that nap times and schedules change. As long as there is space in your new desired class, we can move you into it. 

What happens when my free baby sibling turns nine months?  As long as your baby is under nine months, tuition is free! Once s/he turns 9 months, the sibling fee will be charged beginning with the next monthly payment. Similarly, once your older sibling turns 5, monthly payments are no longer charged.

How will I be billed? At registration, you are charged for the first monthly payment.  All billing is then done automatically on a monthly basis using a credit card that you have saved in your account profile. Automatic payments begin on the date that you receive enrollment confirmation for your class and then subsequently occur on the 15th of each month. It is your responsibility to keep the credit card information up to date; you can make changes either by logging in to your account or by contacting us to make the changes for you. There will be a $10 charge for declined credit card transactions.

What happens on snow days?  If your class is unexpectedly canceled for weather or teacher illness, you may make up the class any time during the year as long as you are currently enrolled. We will consider delaying the start of the next musical collection and adding a week to the end of June if absolutely necessary.

Why do I pay the same fee each month when some months have fewer classes than others?  Due to holidays and breaks, some months have fewer classes than other months.  Our monthly fee is calculated using the entire number of classes in the year (28 or 36) divided into equal monthly payments.

What is your cancellation policy?  We require at least 30 days notice to cancel your membership, and minimum enrollment is two months. Your child develops musically over time, so a minimum of two months is needed to ensure the best developmental experience for your child. Please send a written notification of cancellation to tristarmusictogether@gmail.com. If cancellation corresponds with the start of a new song collection, you will not receive the new songbook/CD. If cancelling during the first two weeks of a new song collection (Jan. 5-18 or March 23-April 5), there is a $50 materials fee. 

Can I freeze my enrollment in classes?  Yes! You may freeze your enrollment for up to 6 months. Please email tristarmusictogether@gmail.com at least 30 days before you would like to freeze your enrollment in class and include the date to re-start the monthly plan. If freezing enrollment corresponds with the start of a song collection, you will not receive the new songbook/CD. 

Can I just join for one semester?  Yes and no. Sign up for the monthly plan, and email tristarmusictogether@gmail.com the date of the last class you plan to attend. See calendar to find the last date of the music collection.

Policies:

Visiting Siblings and Children Policy
During any session, visiting siblings over 9 months and under 5 may attend one class for free during each song collection. For each class after, or for all other visiting children, we ask for a $25 donation to our scholarship fund. Please bring cash or a check made out to Tri Star Music Together.

Make-up Policy for Semester Enrollees
A missed class may be made up twice per semester. Classes must be made up during the current semester or may be rolled forward to a future enrolled semester. Refunds are not available for missed classes. For more information, email TriStarMusicTogether@gmail.com

Refund Policy for Semester Enrollees
We are unable to offer refunds after the start of class. For extenuating circumstances, a credit may be issued for a future class.

Refer-a-Friend Discount
Refer someone who enrolls in class & you get a $20 thank you credit towards this semester, or next, if you have already paid. You are only limited by how often you recommend the class! Be sure to have your friend let us know that you recommended them.
